Project Overview

Over the course of six months, our team of three designed a line of six handbags for the developing brand “Margo Paige.” As the Creative Director and Handbag Product Designer, I led the team in creating a collection that combines fashion-forward design with innovative use of clear plastic. This collection, which is now sold at Walmart, was specifically designed for versatility, making it ideal for sporting events and music festivals.

  • Art Direction: Guided the visual and stylistic direction of the handbags, ensuring each design was trendy and functional.

  • Prototyping: Developed prototypes to test and refine the designs, ensuring durability and style before final production.

Design Outcome

The final collection included six handbags, each featuring innovative uses of clear plastic combined with stylish leather elements, setting a new trend in the handbag market for clear bags. My role as Creative Director and Handbag Product Designer was to lead the team through each stage, from concept to final product, ensuring that the designs were innovative, fashionable, and aligned with the brand's vision.
